We have our shares of extreme cold days. I run outdoor year around. There is no bad weather for running, only bad clothing. If you dress for it, you can run in any weather. I have run 20-22mi in minus 30-40F weather. I don't mind being cold so I don't wear a whole lot of layers even in those conditions. I don't think I'm in shape to run that (or any race in the near future) but it'd be nice to hear how it turns out. It's funny because I've been running in the mornings (in SD) and thought it was really cold, but then I keep hearing about people running in like snowstorms and stuff, it makes me feel very lucky..
