		<description>Great Blog you have heaer. Its really inspiring I cant run for the life of me years of back and knee pains along with flat feet , its just too much pain.  I appreciate and admire your dedication to running and I wish you all the best. Myabe from tiem to time I cant ask you a questiosn about running. I tend to run like the cops are chasing me I didnt realize there was a science to it. Either way i look forward to reading more from you
